How the map runs

World

Night Law

The overworld uses the vanilla day and night cycle. While the sun is up, player combat is off. When it gets dark, combat turns on. Spawn is never part of that. You can stand in spawn at midnight and nobody can hit you there.

Nether and End follow their own rules. Do not assume they are safe just because it is “day” in the overworld. If you are unsure, type /night before you walk out of a claim.

This is not a minigame queue. You live in the same world the whole time. The clock is the only switch.

Money

Coins come from play. Night kills pay a bounty and can take a cut of what the other player was holding. That is why you should not walk around as a bank.

Use /bal and /pay. Sell extras at player shops if people build them. There is no donor shop that sells sharpness or prot.

Claims and grief

Claims are the main protection. Golden shovel, two corners, done. Chests inside a claim stay yours. If someone griefs unclaimed land, staff can roll it back with logs. That takes time. Claim first.

Keep farms inside the claim. Leave a path. Do not claim a one-block ring around spawn.

What we do not run

No Wick or Lantern ranks. Everyone is on the same play rules.

No official dupe bench. If someone tells you there is a “staff machine” that copies items, that is against the rules.

No pay-to-win kits. If a store ever exists it will be cosmetics or extra homes only, and it is not live now.

Overworld

Day sealed. Night open. Claims work here.

Spawn

Always safe. No shops that need PvP. Just a start point.

Nether / End

Treat them as dangerous. Bring a way home.

Living on the map

The terrain is close to vanilla. Hills, villages, and normal ore. Spawn is a small built area so people are not dumped in a hole. After that it is the usual world.

Build what you want as long as it does not lag the machine. Huge entity farms and flying machine walls will get asked to come down.

If you want a town, pick a biome, claim the plots, and put a sign at spawn with coordinates. Staff will not terraform a city for you.
